Idea: The art work consisted of fourteen silk covered wind machines placed in the Gothic Hall at the Historical Museum in Stockholm. They were cranked by staff and volunteers dressed in wool clothing and hats. Photographs of the countenances of the altar figures in the Gothic Hall later constituted the book ”Ann Hamilton: Aloud” produced in connection with the project.
