Assignment: Pilot study, art program, project management, order of site-specific art for the coming buildings and densification of area between the two districts Bagarmossen and Skarpnäck.

During spring 2019, the artist Martin Kozlowski had a commission to act as a mediator between the districts and the client before the development of the art program. Having grown-up in Skarpnäck Kozlowski could add a versatile perspective to the setting, the artistic experience as well as the civic one.
