Assignment: Preliminary study, art program, project management, ordering of site-specific art for the office property Nöten in Solna. The property is undergoing extension and reconstruction. The new building comprises a total of approximately 8600 square meters, while the existing houses in Nöten contain 21 700 square meters of office space. The new house will contain office space, but the plan has been designed so that all or part of the higher volume can be furnished with student or corporate housing.
