Assignment: Karlstad municipality are investing in the development of a thriving cityscape with art and culture as the value basis. The street Västra Torggatan has an opportunity to become a cohesive culture strand through the centre. AM Public art consultants have by the municipality acquired the assignment to contribute with art competency through a pilot study. With Karlstad AM Public will work by a specially developed concept. The pilot study is both a process and an artistic format to lift the gaze and think broadly on different angles of life in the city.
